Project Title:	Computer Hardware and Software Technical Support Web Site
Abstract:	This WEB site will be used by ordinary computer user to solve their problems in the area of software and hardware. Three authorization will be used in WEB site. Experts will see the questions come from user and answers them. Ordinary user will ask their questions and finally WEB admin will run the site by organising Questions, answers, suggestions and cother sections of the site. Additionally he will manage the membership of the WEB site. ASP .NET and SQL 2008 will be used as programming tools. OTher WEB programming tools such as Javasript, Flash and etc. Will be used for visual aims.
