Information presentation in an automatic speech processing system
Abstract:
Alparon is an automatic speech processing system for offering train time table information by telephone. Tasks covered include formulating and executing queries from the information given by the customer, translating between data formats used in databases and the format chosen in Alparon, storing travel plans, choosing the best plan and preparing a presentation of this plan.
