Project Title:	Anonymous and Cost-Efficient Sharing of GPS Data
Abstract:	The focus of the project can be one or more of the following topics. Examine ways that drivers can share detailed traffic information without giving up on their anonymity. The can for example be by aggregating the GPS data in the GPS devices before sending it to a central server. Examine ways that the server can request information from cars in a small area to examine the current traffic situation. This can for example be used to detect traffic queues in (semi) real-time due to traffic accidents or road construction work. Suggest cost-efficient ways that drivers can share both aggregated GPS data and real-time data.Suggest new location-based services that can be granted access to by drivers that share their GPS data. Suggested solutions on how to scale the ideas to a larger number of drivers, e.g., 50.000 concurrent drivers in Region Nord (the North Region of Denmark). Suggest ways that the data and services suggested be made available to the public.
