Project Title:	Security in VANETs
Abstract:	Future vehicular networks will have multiple applications in road safety optimization traffic and commercial applications. The purpose of this research is to develop, implement and evaluate a secure communication system for a spontaneous and self-managed vehicular ad-hoc network. It is essential that the system design takes into account various aspects of security related to the protection of privacy of drivers and defense against potential attacks on communications. In particular, attention must be paid to three essential aspects for the secure operation of these networks: authenticity, confidentiality and integrity of communications.
