Project Title:	Visual Command system
Abstract:	Visual Command System is a hardware based web application system in which makes users, especially handicapped people, possible to give mouse and keyboard commands by using their eyes via eye-tracking system. This system will provide users to surfing on Internet without using their hands, just only with their eye movements via eye-tracking system. Eye-tracking system is the process of measuring either point of gaze or the motion of an eye relative to the head. Not only an eye-tracker is a device for measuring eye positions and eye movement but also they are used in research on the visual system. Visual Command System is an plug-in application for open-source web browsers.
