NCI-60 DTP Human Tumor Cell Line Screening
Abstract:
In this project our aim is to support the cancer researches by using bio information techniques and analyzing bio information data. National Cancer Institute (NCI) is the primary organization that researches the effects of the different medicines on different cell lines. This organization has a large amount of data. Since there are 49.000 medicines and 60 different cell lines to be used for these experiments; therefore with the different concentration of each medicine; number of these experiments' results is about 6 million records.
