Reference Data Set Preparation Tool for Biopsy Image Retrieval
Abstract:
For our senior design project we decided to work on developing a content-based retrieval system for pathological biopsy images. This system will be able to search among available biopsy images and retrieve the visually similar ones related to a provided biopsy image. The aim of the tool we will implement is to create reference data set from the available biopsy images to evaluate the retrieval system. The tool we will design should also be user friendly for average user because pathologists will be using this tool to ground truth the biopsy images.
